Buyback & freeze
Coinstancy wishes to support the price of its tokens through various means.
The buyback will be made possible through an allocation of 2% of Coinstancy's quarterly EBITDA for the repurchase of COTO tokens on the market. This process will take place on a quarterly basis.
The freeze will be effective as long as the circulating supply does not equal 200M tokens. The freezed tokens will come from the previous buyback.
Buyback: Every quarter, a certain number of tokens will be bought back and paid to the LP/stakers and the DAO.
Freeze: Every 6 months, 20% of the total buyback will be frozen.
