# Deposit and withdrawal methods

Fund your Coinstancy account using the methods available for your account and location. Always use the instructions shown in your authenticated dashboard.

### Choose a method

| Method        | Use it for                               | What to check                                                     |
| ------------- | ---------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Crypto        | Deposits and withdrawals                 | Asset, blockchain, destination address and any required memo      |
| Bank transfer | Deposits and withdrawals where available | Beneficiary details, reference and verified account holder        |
| Card          | Deposits where available                 | Provider availability, card conditions and the confirmation total |

### Before a crypto transfer

1. Select the asset and network in Coinstancy.
2. Copy the deposit address provided for that exact network.
3. Check the address and any memo before sending.
4. Track the transaction in your dashboard and on the relevant blockchain explorer.

> A matching token symbol does not mean every blockchain is supported. Sending an unsupported asset or using the wrong network can cause a loss. Recovery is never guaranteed.

### Bank transfers and withdrawals

Use the beneficiary and payment reference shown in the dashboard. For a bank withdrawal, the account holder name must match your verified identity. Availability and processing times can depend on your location and the payment provider.

### Fees and timing

Review the [fees policy](https://coinstancy.gitbook.io/coinstancy/informations/fees-policy) and the total shown before confirming. Complete withdrawal requests are normally settled within 48 calendar hours; final network confirmation may take longer.
